How do local hourly rental packages work?

We offer standard 4-hour/40 km and 8-hour/80 km rental packages. You keep the same vehicle and driver for your entire booking duration with unlimited stops across the city.

What happens if my flight is delayed for an airport transfer?

We track all incoming flights in real time. Your pickup time is automatically updated based on your actual arrival, and we include 30 minutes of complimentary waiting time after landing.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made up to 6 hours before the scheduled pickup time are completely free. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a minimal processing fee.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and Direct Bank Transfers.

When will I receive my driver and vehicle details?

Your assigned driver’s name, contact number, and vehicle details are shared via SMS/WhatsApp approximately 1 hour prior to your scheduled pickup time.
